Redesigned Honda CB400SF and CB400 SUPER BOL D'OR was released on March 20, 2014 (Thursday). In addition, the "CB400 SUPER FOUR ABS" and "CB400 SUPER BOL D'OR ABS" are equipped with an ETC on-board device, a grip heater, and a special indicator lamp as standard equipment. And the CB400 SUPER FOUR ABS E Package ^*1 and CB400 SUPER BOL D'OR ABS E Package ^*1 was released on Friday, May 23rd 2014.

For this model change, the development concept was set as "CB inheritance and inheritance of appearance evolution "One or two people can go further and more comfortably", traditional styling that satisfies the sense of ownership, and from city driving to touring. Honda aimed for a model that can be used in a wide range of applications, and is even easier to handle and fun to drive.
In terms of styling, both models have newly designed side covers, rear cowls, etc. to refine their stylish appearance. The CB400 SUPER BOL D'OR is equipped with a new front cowl with LED headlights for even more fearless styling.
The body has changed the seat rails and is compatible with the rear carrier and top box newly set as genuine accessories. In addition, the use of newly designed 10-spoke aluminum die-cast wheels contributes to a light driving feel and stylish appearance.
CB400 SUPER FOUR released the first model in April 1992. CB400 SUPER BOL D'OR was added in March 2005. It is a long-selling road sports bike model that has matured since its release and is supported by a wide range of customers for its wide variety of variations.

Revised frame geometry brought the handlebars 10 mm higher and 7 mm closer to the rider, and also reduced the rise angle of the tail end, both changes resulting in a more upright riding position. Central LCD screen with gear position, fuel consumption, thermometer and heater level for the handle grips (available with the "E Package"), 10-spoke wheels, round mirrors and dual grab rails on a revised rear cowl with LED rear lights and clear lens. Revised half-fairing with LED headlight for the Super Bol d'Or. Weight increased by 3 kg (6.6 lb).

• Newly designed aluminum die-cast wheels with left and right crossed spokes

• Multifunctional twin-lens meter with added gear position and fuel consumption display
• Passenger grab rails split left and right for ease of use

Coloring

Both models are available in three monotone colors: Graphite Black, Atmosphere Blue Metallic, and Candy Prominence Red. The CB400 SUPER FOUR two-tone type has one color of Pearl Sunbeam White, and the CB400 SUPER BOL D'OR has one color of Pearl Sunbeam White with a tricolor image, for a total of four color variations.
